Clooney and Craig Ferguson are my inspirational celebrities. Clooney for his comfortable alpha vibe, and Ferguson for his cocky, funny, sexy, banter. Both are super comfortable in their skin and comfortable letting conversations happen organically and embracing even the uncomfortable moments.

Non-reactivity comes from being unattached to outcomes and having an attitude of abundance. But, practice is required to internalize it. I've recently achieved enlightenment on this point, and find that I'm damned-near impervious to shit tests; even really strong shit tests...like ongoing pestering over something I said in the past. It just comes from really having my choice of several attractive women, knowing it, and knowing that no woman is worth kowtowing to. Even if I fuck up with this woman, I will still get laid that day or the next or mostly whenever I want.

An example: A girl was talking about never knowing when guys were hitting on her. I said, "Hmm...well, you're pretty cute. I think you're about a 7. That's comfortably above average, so, I'd guess about half the guys that talk to you would hit it if you were game." (Note, this may not be good game.) She was pretty upset by this, and kept bringing it up through the night. I laughed it off every time, and changed the subject, or poked fun at her for being so sensitive, or said, "If you got dolled up I reckon you'd be a 7.5. Maybe even an 8. You've been working out right? Yeah, that'll help, too." Days later we were talking, and she revealed she'd been dwelling on it the whole time...and yet she still initiated contact with me numerous times. I don't consider the game I ran on her all that great...but she keeps initiating contact with me. And I think it comes down to me being unbreakable on this point. It's actually become a running joke now, and I think she likes bringing it up to remind herself that I'm not at all intimidated by her or afraid she's going to leave because I might offend her. I never bring it up, though, as I'm certain that would be horrible game, though I can't express why I think so.

I found that getting a grip on my kinesthetic awareness helped a lot for perfecting the non-reactive attitude. You can do this by doing a sport or lifting weights. For example, if a loud noise suddenly goes off I don't jump whereas I used to.

When in conversation, especially 1:1 conversation, don't answer questions or respond in conversation immediately. Always leave a gap of a second or two, this gives you time to be less reactive and seem more confident.
