Don’t worry about mirror neurons or any of that other shit. You’ll get much better results if you just focus on good posture, eye contact, deep voice, unhurried speech, and don’t talk about yourself too much. Throw in some causal touching on her arms, shoulders, or hands, and assuming you have decent enough emotional intelligence to hold an interesting conversation, you should be good.

"Unhurried speech" that's such a good one.
I'm nervous around women, but I noticed a long time ago that If I can control the speed of how I talk then I automatically become relaxed.
Just drum it into your head to speak clear and concise and you soon lighten up/make things easier on yourself.

Exactly. And don’t forget to keep your voice from rising. Maintaining a nice, deep tone does wonders for a man’s sex appeal.

This!
I have a naturally deep voice, but the amount of times I've tried NOT to go high pitched and THEN been complimented on the huskiness of it is silly.
Like, had I just gone that bit higher, a few seconds later I would not have received a compliment. Compliment = confidence booster.

Well the almost or full "scientific" articles about seduction usually are based with the corrects behaviours mixed with social conditioning crap. Combining the things of what u/Yass_King said with a tonality of breaking rapport (voice goes down) mixed with neutral rapport tonality(static voice), some vocal projection and clear intent + being real or congruent(accepting for e.g. that you're tired, you will not talk shouting if you're not congruent) is usually enough to give a man to woman interaction. Let me know your thoughts, if you need some help PM me or comment below and upvote it if it was helpful for you. Good luck for your journey.

with your eyes you transmit whatever emotions you are feeling to the other person, therefore they start to feel the emotions themselves.
If it worked, we'd see a lot less messages about guys who have been in love with a girl for years but she only sees them as a friend.

Well, they're not feeling the girl's emotions, they're feeling their own emotions that get sparked by the girl and not acting on them. That isn't empathy, that's being a sad chump. Imo, confident empathy is a godsend, because you can read her emotional/body language and work from there.

The original post wasn't about empathy but about mirror neurons, kind of a "backwards empathy" where you feel something that you want the other person to feel too.
