Realize that most meets happen after 1-2 paragraphs back and forth, and that you've already got way more connection that needed, but it can also work against you.

I would simply state that you think you guys have a good connection and want to meet up, and DO NOT skype or chat with her again until she wants to meet up.

Any situation where a girl won't meet up after a TWO HOUR skype call is more issues and hidden stuff going on than you want to deal with.

You've already met her, just not in person (technically). However you transition from meeting someone in person to a date, the same thing applies here.

Start with exchanging phone numbers, write her some texts while at work and then tell her that you'd like to date her. Don't ask her what to do, tell her what and when. Always worked fine for me.
