I keep myself a little notebook of things I've heard or thought of to remind myself of some key things thats easy to forget when I'm in a slump with AA. I know a lot were from RSD. They help me, maybe they'll help some of you too.

"You'll see the glitch in life. If you go out and act like a rockstar and own the place, people will assume you're a rockstar."

Rejection from escalation doesn't mean interaction is dead!

Indecisiveness is one of the least attractive qualities... be fucking decisive.

Value your opinion of yourself more than anyone else's opinion of you.

Just have fun and don't give a flying fuck what anyone else thinks.
