You really shouldn’t ask to hangout then plan the date with them, ask them out. “Hey wanna (event) on (day) at (time)?” If they are interested in you but truly can’t make it, they will ask for a different day or time. It’s a good way to gauge interest.

You don't have to find clubs to go into, find parking, wear the right clothes to get in, wear the right clothes to look cool, learn to dance, deal with loud music, smoke, strobe lights, talk to drunk girls over loud ass speakers, deal with her fat girlfriend, some meathead trying to compete, or the shit show that is the end of the night.
