You read that right. Last year I asked my calculus tutor (She is also a student) on a date because she was being flirty (Last year she always sat super close to me and I caught her looking at my biceps a few times.) However, she said she couldn't because she signed a contract stating that she would not have a relationship with the tutored. I should point out that she never said "No". After I asked, the flirting died down and our tutor sessions were normal/slightly awkward. Now that I am back at my college, I requested to have her again and the sessions were normal through the meeting app "Zoom." However, last week and this week she has been flirty again, this time through the app. Today she was playing with her hair A LOT and we didn't even talk about calculus today. She was asking about me and I was asking about her. She generally was showing interest like last year. I am asking anyone for advice on whether I should ask her out again and if so, how should I approach this time to be successful? I almost wanna say something like no one will find out if we don't tell anyone or something along those lines.
