I've done cold-approach before, and it was SOOOOOOO HARD for me to even reach out to strangers on the street and talk to them.

I couldn't stop thinking of the idea of being seen by someone from my university (I live in a big city 4million+ people) approaching a stranger in the street.

Fun Fact: I actually did bump into a classmate and he asked me where I was going and I told him that I was "cold-approaching", he kind of looked at me like a wierdo and then we said goodbye, LOL.

Anyways, to actually approach girls, I had to become more socially carefree, so what I did was I started clapping in the street and looking at strangers in the eyes and smiling or keeping a poker face (lmao). I did this for 20 minutes straight, someone even told me that I was crazy, but I had 4 other people who clapped with me when I walked by them :) Then I went and did the unthinkable, I went to a very very busy road in the city, and I laid down on the ground right next to a busy crosswalk on the footpath of course. Some people looked at me and then walked right by, eventually after 30 seconds a group went to me and asked if I was ok, I said "yes, I am just meditating", and then someone else passed by and even took a picture of me lying on the ground (I actually gave him the middle finger for it LOL).

THIS GAVE ME SOOOO MUCH CONFIDENCE!!!

After this it was soo much easier to approach girls. I approached 5 girls that day and got one instagram account! We even talked briefly on instagram but she was very very dry, even though I tried to spice up the conversation with non-cringy jokes lmao.

Anyways, since then I have just felt lazy to go out and do cold-approach again.

The thing is, I'm not really looking for another one-night stand (my body count is 6 and I'm 20 years old), at this point I've seen enough and I just want an SO that can be by my side and give me proper love :)

I know that bars and night clubs aren't the best places to find a SO that's not toxic (I once had a toxic relationship, and I met her at a night club) but I still struggle with knowing exactly what places high-quality women frequent to where I could potentially approach my future SO!

My question to all of you is: Should I keep doing cold-approaches and do you think that cold-approaching will help me find my future SO??
