I always see those programs as a scam. They won't tell you anything new that hasnt already been posted anywhere else for free. The best thing you can do to start your way towards becoming a natural is to get out there on the field and start approaching. Maybe once you get good at approaching and have that area locked down then seek out programs to fine tune your game if you really need it. All you gain from purchasing a program while being a total noob is mental masturbation. You'll feel good because now you think you're progressing simply because you purchased a product.

Get out there and practice instead.

In my opinion, it's too much information, and it will stifle you. I've seen beginners get great results with Project Go and simple pickup stuff.
