Hi everyone! i've been following and discussing topics in this subreddit for quite some time and for the first time i'm making a post on my own because i figured that i might aswell ask you guys for help and advice on how to make the following date special.

So - to the story!
I've known this girl for several years, we met in 2012 and i have had a crush on her since then. Now our relationship was very shallow and we only met maybe once or twice a month and never hung out just the two of us. I Never made a move either though because i found her intimidating at first. However as i grew (now 27M) and my confidence grew i now want to seduce her and spark an interest in her.
So i decided that i'm going to bring her and my dog out to the lake this weekend. Nothing fancy, just a day-trip to a cozy location near water where we can start a campfire and eat lunch and drink coffee.

What i'm asking for help about is simply topics of conversation if - god forbid - there is an event of awkward silence. (Usually i'd say i'm fairly good to avoid awkwardness in general but you never know, might aswell prepare!)

Or how i can turn this from a simple lunch to something a bit more romantic. So i guess i'm looking for advice on how to make the scene as romantic as i possibly can.

I already thought about the food and what to bring with me to make her have to think about this as little as possible, and just be relaxed and comfortable.
