I can't sugar coat this. You're at a massive disadvantage in the dating space. Hard coded into female biology is to seek men who are physically capable; throughout human history men were needed to be protectors and hunters. Attraction fundamentally follows old-world motivations in modern contexts (money, status, physique, etc.)

I definitely wouldn't hide it; it comes off exactly as you state (a catfish). Definitely do not use dick size as bait. Most women don't want to know anything about your dick until they've already decided to sleep with you, and by that point you being hung doesn't matter except for maybe at an extreme of large/small. Also, dicks just aren't pretty to look at for women, unless they've already decided to sleep with you where YOUR penis is something special to them emotionally.

If you can bring up your disability in a positive context, that implies masculinity, etc. that you're not self-conscious about it it will help. "I suffer paralysis from serving the country in a war, and I'd do it again" or "My racing career ended after I suffered a crash leaving me disabled, but I couldn't have lived any other way" it will help somewhat.

Also, you'll need to be very wary of advice from women. Women are likely to sugar coat your situation and say things that are socially acceptable/politically correct vs what you need to hear. They want you to feel better vs give you actionable advice. It's a very rare woman that can actually tell you what you need to hear vs what will feed your ego.

There aren't too many women in this sub, but you'll hear them say "Your personality matters more to me" or "My husband became disabled in combat and I stayed with him." etc. The former is likely a lie (they wouldn't actually date a disabled person, and they just want you to feel better), and the latter is only true because the relationship already existed prior to that happened, and she's got a lot of investment in that relationship, likely kids, and he's also probably got a dependable disability check that she relies on, etc. (fails to take into account the entirety of the scenario as it applies to you).

Things are going to be more difficult for you than others, but it isn't impossible. I understand you may have an immediate concern for your libido. I don't know where you're located but in most 1st world countries of legalized sex work the STD rate is basically non-existent. However, what I would not do is use this as a permanent crutch to avoid genuine connection. Most sex-workers can wield femininity and empathy as a weapon to make you feel however they want. Their acting is indistinguishable from real attraction and they can turn it off/on like a switch.

You’re best off leading with it. I hate to say it but women have no issues getting laid and there are plenty of able bodied men for them to choose from.
