Need advice on how to deal with age difference

It's cliche, but you're only as as old (or young) as you feel. If you don't make it into an issue they won't unless they have a major block against it or something, in which case you're fucked anyway. So, easy advice, just plow on. Age does not matter.

I have more issue telling what age some women are. I'm 21 and I constantly see women in non pick up enviroments who i think are 23 to 24, and then I see they're with their 7 year old children and 32 year old looking husband. On the subway I've tried openning women who I thought were early 20s who turned out to be pushing 30. Too big of a gap to work with.

I'm not sure what you want from this woman? From my experience and observation the sort of ages you're talking about are great for a casual/sexual thing but not so good for a LTR. 28 is a tough age to stereotype women in general though. At 30 most single women aren't going to waste time with a guy that doesn't have long term potential (unless he's REALLY good in bed). 25 and younger, most women are more open to casual relationships. I wouldn't change your game significantly.
