You’re at an awesome time of life brother, an abundance of girls all around you.. My advice is always what I choose to do personally which is, the first time I have a legitimate chance to approach a girl I’m attracted to I do.. this way there is no question in my mind of “what if I would have said something?” And also the girl will always have a level of respect for you as long as you’re cool with her regardless of if she’s available or down or not.. and who knows what can happen in the future when you see her around campus, at a party, etc.. when it comes to increasing your hookup rate as you put it, this comes by simply having an escalation plan, starting with the end in mind of where this ideally will take place, and working backwards from there to invite to the date spot (take advantage of instant dates “what are you doing now” while in college and forever..) when you’re at the date spot be escalating towards the kiss, etc and move the interaction to the designated hookup spot.. (ideally your date spot is a very close distance to your hookup spot to easily escalate without losing momentum) does this all make sense?
