Not sure where to start. So I'm 23, Indian-American, have never had a GF, and have only had sex once, which was when I was 21 (and it was a fluke). Girls just don't seem to have any interest in me. I've read The Game by Neil Strauss and Models by Mark Manson but nothing had changed for me. I've already done all I can for my physical appearance, being that I work out, am in great shape, and had even been complimented on my looks before by both guys and girls. I recently moved to the Twin Cities for a new job after living with my parents in the southern U.S. for a year after graduating uni last year. I attend meetups, but the M:F ratio is horrible at those anyways. Actually, there was this one girl from a meetup who recently friendzoned me and told me that she's seeing a mutual friend. How can I do a 180? Because obviously everything that I think is wrong.

I feel like the prime of my life is slipping away right now and that I'm going to regret this later. What can I do to prevent this from happening? How can I change? Any and all help would really be appreciated.
