I agree with this. Just be like "hey, lets go out". Then you'll know. Being blunt and forward is something I do when I feel like a conversation slows down, especially with a girl I don't know well.

Nah, when the girl is very hot and you meet her during the nightt you need to neg. Not an insult, but a strong tease, otherwise it's really hard to maintain interest.
He didn't even neg, just a regular tease, which is necessary for also "just" hot girls.

I would never start a chat with a woman that i met recently via messages. If u got her number why didn't you call her? With that ocasion you would have shown that you're really into her, and she wouldn.t have any excuses to made when u were inviting her to dinner or something, justba quick response, yes or no.
