Hi guys, new to this forum.

I have a neighbor who I have had probably a dozen of interactions with. Just simple “hi, how’s it going” in passing. We talked for >5 minutes one time but nothing substantial. I do get the vibe that she is interested in me. She also loves my dog.

How should I ask for her number / ask her out?

I know this is basic but I feel like after each interaction “shit you should have asked her to hang out sometime!” And then I always say next time but never do. Idk why I’m so nervous but I am!
