YOU CAN FIND THE STYLELIFE CHALLENGE HERE:

Google 'Stylelife challenge pdf' and click the DocDroid link. I'd link it but Reddit labels this post as Spam and thus removes it, so I can't.

Please visit my first post for the introduction to this challenge, and myself.

Day 1 Results:

Talks with strangers: 12

8 of these were walking/cycling about the city, 4 were from a boxing class. 3 were with relatively attractive girls - 2 of these came from what I'd class as an indirect cold approach; nothing further came from these approaches.

Day 2:

MISSION 1: SET YOUR GOALS

- 1. What three accomplishments would you like to achieve to make you happier?

  1. I would like to have multiple 'plates'. This physical reality will give me the evidence of my progression in my confidence with women, and I believe will develop my overall confidence and I believe the abundance mentality I develop will spill over into other areas of my life.
  2. I would like to have a tightly-knit friendship group of strong men.
  3. I would like to have my body in an admirable shape. This is dependent on my definition of 'admirable', but a body fat percentage of 12-14%, with a relatively high muscle mass percentage, and a six-pack, would meet my expectation.

- 2. What are the reasons these accomplishments will make you happier?

  1. From my experience, shunning sexual desire and trying to repress it only leads to frustration and anger (ever heard of incels?). So many of us are embarrassed and too fearful to harness our sexuality due to socialization/feminism. Anyways, before I rant on about that, my point is that being able to harness and thrive in meeting our biological imperative - save for the getting pregnant - is something I believe will liberate me somewhat, as I'm meeting the fundamental need of what I'm being biologically programmed to do. I believe it will give me confidence in talking to other people and socializing, and will make me more attractive to others as I'll be experiencing physical abundance.
  2. A tight-knit social group means - for me - socialization and people who inspire me to become better and will be honest with me. If there are people around me who are also striving to become better, then they can inspire me to stay disciplined and continue developing myself, alongside encouraging and counselling me. Having strong men around me is something I've never really had, and I definitely believe just having a few strong guys I can have a pint with and a chat with will help me mentally.
  3. A strong and attractive body is a direct indicator of discipline and willpower. Being able to resist everyday temptations and put yourself in uncomfortable and painful situations (the gym and martial arts, for example) shows your ability to embrace and strive through discomfort, and I believe this is imperative to masculinity. I don't see myself as a 'man', and I believe reaching these three goals will help me accept and approve of myself as a man who's embraced his masculinity and what it means to be a man.

- 3. What is your personal mission?

I can't say I have a structured personal mission, but:

I will become an attractive man who will have a life mission within 12 months.

- 4. List three specific results that will let you know that you've accomplished your mission.

  1. I will have a toned my body to a body fat percentage between 12-14% with considerable muscle mass.
  2. I will have cultivated multiple attractive plates and a strong male friend group containing at least 3 men.
  3. I will have a strong idea for a 5-year-plan which gives me something solid to aim for, and will also result in some form of income, allowing financial stability.

- 5. Why are you now fully committed to pursuing your mission?

Because if I don't pursue it now, I will continue to suffer over the next years and:

- my self-esteem will decrease.

- my outlook on life will get worse/I will become much more nihilistic.

- my relationships I manage to cultivate with people will fail.

But if I do pursue it now, I will enjoy the next years and

- my ability to attract women and strong men into my life will increase.

- my outlook on life will improve.

- my desire to have a strong sense of direction in life will come true.

MISSION 2: LOOK INTO YOUR EYES

This is a self-hypnosis activity which I will complete.

MISSION 3: LOOK INTO THEIR EYES:

Meet 5 more people, and have enough eye-contact as a means of being informed on their eye-colour. This exercise will establish my ability to further connect with a person on an emotional level.

See you guys tomorrow!
