Hey seddit, im new to the whole pickup community and i just recently watched a few videos on youtube from RSD nation by julien blanc and etc. I'm 18 and I live in Abu Dhabi , over here where i live cold approaching women is usually considered very shady expect in clubs and bars or concerts, im going to Melbourne for University in about 3 months and I want to have some experience before i go and i plan to do a lot of pickup and dates etc when im there. Yesterday i had a sudden craving for a milkshake and i just finished watching a video by julien blanc so i decided to cold approach on the way and possibly ask them to join me to get a coffee or something. On my way there I couldnt find any girls that were about my age but i didnt wanna make excuses and even women older whom i felt like approaching my brain would make me freeze and i couldnt approach them. Nevertheless I approached 3 people , the first i just said "Hi" and she was walking the opposite direction i was coming from and she just gave me a funny look and just kept walking. The next person i approached I said "Hi, good evening " and i dont remember what i said after but she said she doesnt speak English very well but i offered for her to come join me she said " no but thanks tho" i said "no prob have a nice day " and she smiled and said "you too". The next person i approached i dont remember what i said but when i opened she started taking steps back when i opened and then i said " chill relax " and smiled and i offered to join me for the milkshake and also she said no. I'm not exactly sure what i did wrong but i think i shouldnt smile when i open and i think was walking to fast and seemed nervous, they were all about 30 years old i guess and in the future i plan to approach people my age. Im good at warm approach at parties and stuff people i have connections and i have no issues setting up dates or escalating with girls i know and i have good interactions with them and i've had sexual experiences so i have a decent social life i just dont think the girls i know are that hot and i wanna date hotter girls so thats why i wanna learn cold approach. I wanna be able to approach and date hot women when im in Melbourne can you guys give me some advice on what i should do where i can get started. thanks :)
