Try going to events that attract the type of women you like. For example, if you like films, go find a film society. If you like classical music, go to orchestra concerts. Use events to attract people with similar interests to yours, then you at least have something in common to talk about, and it is almost expected that you would share your enthusiasm for the subject with other people.

can I get any motivation or something that will help me approach women for real than in just my head?

Probably not. You have to do this for yourself. We can't kick your ass via the internet. We cannot shove you in a woman's direction. But let me just reassure you of one thing: no matter how badly it goes when you approach a woman, it won't kill you. Women get approached constantly and are good at deflecting approaches. You are unlikely to get anything bad, beyond a simple rejection. And she's not rejecting you, she doesn't know anything about you except how you approached her. She rejected your approach, not you. And you can improve your approach, with practice.

Women are everywhere. You need to get into the correct state of mind and start going for it. You will fail more than you will be successful at first, but learn from it and you'll get better. First understand when you are in a negative, passive mindset and make the decision to be positive and active. Take chances or you'll regret it in the future.

Only by facing your fear can you conquer it. Success is reached by failure. Make an ass out of yourself in public two dozen times. The next two dozen times won't phase you. The following two dozen will pleasantly surprise you. What I'm trying to tell you is to DO SOMETHING...ANYTHING. Do 2% and you'll be amazed at the results.
