Here's my own personal list; it's apocryphal - written by who knows. Common-sense advice.

What you want from dating. Long-term/Short-term? Be prepared to tell a girl what you a looking for. I personally want a bunch of long-term female friends with benefits.

What kind of girl you want. Describe her in detail - tall, short, skinny. What is your type? Not just "hot chicks". I personally like artsy, brunette girls who have their shit together and know how to ride a.... bike. And poetic blonde girls. Redheads maybe.

Be able to say "No" to an attractive woman and be OK with that. Like all the "Scumbag Stacy" memes...why didn't the guys just say "No"? The attitude (that ultimately creates behaviors) is "There are plenty of women to meet and I have behavior that I accept and behavior that I won't accept".

What kind of traits are dealbreakers for you? Drinking/smoking/drugs, etc. Small ugly dogs is my personal deal breaker.

Next, daily routine of exercise and healthy food. Some sort of exercise every day, without fail. I'm not aiming at being a marathon runner, but every day I will at least do some calisthenics and burn some calories. No soda for me.

Eye contact. Sexy eye contact. Not creepy eye contact.

Tonality. Project the voice.

Know when girls are "shit-testing" you. "Shit-testing" is a good thing, it means they like you, especially if you do something attractive. And shit-tests will continue FOREVER if you date a girl. They don't stop. If your grandma still loves your grandpa, she'll still be shit-testing him. This is a nuanced subject, I think there's a lot of bad advice out there.

Next...being congruent and genuine. Feelings transforming into behaviors. Difficult to master, lots of nuance. Like a "What you see is what you get" attitude. Being comfortable in your own skin and learning how to put your mind into that mode.

Next...giving value to other people. Like: complimenting someone on their shirt/car/whatever. Asking people "Why do you think that?" Always bringing something to the table/party, etc. Always being able to deal with negative people. Never going "tit-for-tat". Living life without putting contingencies on others like "If you don't do XYZ, I'll cry!" Never holding a grudge.

Next...getting over "slut-shaming" and negative attitudes towards women. Not being a white-knight.

Next...grooming. You don't have to spend a lot of money, but just looking nice and clean helps.

Next...not trying to "buy" girls attention.

I think that pretty much covers the basics on "inner" game. From there, "external" game is a lot easier, but that's another subject.

I could be wrong, tho. Hope this info helps.
