I'll try to give you non-satirical advice.

First of all, if you're going to approach a girl just because she thinks you're cute, you aren't meeting enough women. Start meeting more. Your standards shouldn't be this low.

That said, if you want to give it a shot, absolutely do not do the thing you said you were thinking about doing. Just introduce yourself, invite her out for something fun and interactive, and escalate.
