Stop simping. Having an abundance mentality allows you to be more risky with what you say/how you interact with girls because if you fuck it up, oh well. By having this mentality you will be less of the nice guy because you won’t be so cautious to what you say. The confidence will rub off and it will benefit you more than always trying to be nice.

I highly recommend ready the book No More Mr. Nice Guy by Dr. Rober Glover. It explains wh you're nice guy and give you exercises to stop being a nice guy. The book was life-changing for me.

The easiest way to be less of a nice guy is to escalate physically. (Touch, kino, etc.) This does NOT mean be a creep or inappropriate, but failure to escalate physically is the biggest reason guys fall into the "nice guy" trap.
