But for me i think the best way is to try to make it a memorable night for her. Ive had more success when i can get her to dance, or entertain her friends all night, etc. Than just talking to her for 10 minutes and getting her number. Because for women, they nejoy the moment. You talk to them for 10-20 minutes, it's fun, etc. and then go your seperate ways, even if you get the number the next day they go "he was really nice but it was just a fun drunken time". You almost become a small moment in their night.

So for me what ive tried to do is, make sure that they have a fun night. So if they are in a group, entertain the group, get your boys to entertain the group too. Put some group pressure on her. That way the pressure of the group wont be to pull you away it willb e to push her towards you because you are so fun. The next day theyll be like "OP was so fun, you gotta call him back". You arent being a memorable part of the night, you are just a guy she talked to for a few minutes and passed her number to. Now i get it's easier said than done.

Something else a friend and i discussed was how to get them to come home with you after a fun night. There's a moment where eveyrone is going their speerate ways, bars are closing down, etc. You have a few minutes to make that move but arent sure. If you already spent all night with her, there was physical touch and maybe some kissing, then at that point right as you leave the bar, you put your hand on her hip and kiss her and then say "so what's the plan for the rest of the night?" and if she's interested she might say "IDK what were you thinking?". Then you suggest an idea "i know this bar that opens late w ecan keep the fun going" or "we can get some drinks at my place and contineu the fun" basically it's a way to tell ehr "im having fun and want to continue it and we can end the fun at any moment youd like". Because that way you arent suggesting sex, so you arent making her feel like she's some ho or something and she will think "well i am having fun and he's a fun guy. we dont need to sleep with each other i can just go have fun and leave".

But it's important that at any moment of what i said, if she is hesitant, pulls back, etc. drop it and let her go. Say "no worries id love to hangout again" and leave it at that. If she gets to your place and drinks 1 beer and wants to leave, let her leave, she'll appreciate that more. Get her the uber and make sure she gets home safe.

Ever heard of the cat analogy? Cats do not like to be chased. I would suggest if the spark is not there to move on and perhaps work on creating a social group. The problem I notice is you need to open yourself to the group with other people. The reason she pulls back is because you pursue her to much. Instead use distance to your advantage and create spacing and allow the person to either get closer or not.
