Past relationship was toxic and lasted 1.5 years. I moved and didn't want to the the long-distance anymore so I cut it. Shit went beyond nuclear.

Yeah she's blocked on LITERALLY everything. Facebook, Instagram, snapchat. Any/all social media and I moved countries so #s don't work (but I deleted hers anyways).

FUCK that. Cut contact, don't reply. There's no point in dwelling/looking on the past.

Depends on your reasons for cutting her out of your life. If you are sure you can't have her in your life anymore, don't answer. Keep it that way. If she's starting to bug you, block her on Facebook too. If she doesn't give up, tell her politely to stop contacting you. The rest is obvious.
