You haven't tried enough if you still believe that your lack of success stems from your physical looks.

First learn to be confident and secure about who you are. Stop hating yourself. You can't change what you look like beyond a good haircut, stylish clothes, cologne and a good tooth brushing.

Only then you can practice and achieve success.
