Dude, don’t start with the boring typical messages that every guy sends. Make a funny comment, ask a question, but “hello” just isn’t really interesting to reply to. It’s almost like the conversation didn’t start because if she says hello then what? You are back to square 1 to say something interesting. Skip the formalities and get to the point
