I've realised that since I started pick-up, I have not been enjoying my dates very much. They are full of rehearsed lines, when to escalate, strategically placed push/pull etc. It has got me laid, but the dates feel like a chore to me.

I think what I will do from now on, is remember the rough outline of what I need to do to get laid on these dates, but put enjoying myself and being natural as my #1 priority. I feel that the positive energy from this will be more of a help than rehearsing things to do and say.
