Practice, practice, practice. Even for me its difficult. Its not because im nervous or shy. I just like to wander my eyes through the room while talking. But i did notice how eye contact can be really effective. Just try to work on your eye contact while she's talking and keep eye contact if you want to get something across. It will get better slowly.

-getting sun

-drinking pomegranate juice

-abstaining from Porn/masturbation/orgasm

-taking ice baths for 5 minutes

-taking natural supplements for testosterone

-working out

-stretching

if you do all this you will start getting way more people looking at you and you will have a more intense power in your eye contact, of course eat clean and hydrate
