Nothing interesting.

When I'm asked to say something interesting I have done or something interesting about myself I can't think of anything, becuase I've never done anything interesting or have any interesting skills.

This really doesn't happen. People don't just ask others to say something interesting. People love talking about themselves. It's literally the favorite subject of most people.

I guess if you sit there and mutely stare at people, they'll ask you what you're about. But mostly people don't notice you or focus on you as much as your anxiety would have you think.

When I know I will have to say something about myself I get really stressed out and will often just avoid situations where I will have to do so.

This is largely something you've cooked up in your head. The goal is really to get other talking about themselves.

Not to blather on about yourself. Why work so hard when people want to talk about themselves and will provide you with plenty of material?

Dude this is how you fix that; start doing interesting stuff.

Have you seen the film Yes Man? Say yes to more stuff, don't think about it.

For example, I recently crashed a motorbike (minorly) and got a slightly scratched up knee, cool story, and when I booked the bike I KNEW it was a bad idea, but hey it was something to experience.

You can literally start this right now. Go to a cafe/resteraunt by yourself, order something you've never tried before. Go on a walk, go find a homeless man, buy him dinner and talk about his life. Adopt a cat. Book an online course for something you've always wanted to try. Get a bus to the next town over and start exploring. LIVE like an adventurer, and you'll have the stories of adventurer to tell.

Wild lives aren't made by skills, talent, money, strength, good looks. They are made by blind and reckless stupidity or the courage to take a decision regardless of your fears.

I'm in sort of the same shoes as you and live a very mundane life. Luckily for us boring motherfuckers, you don't need to have a lot of crazy life experiences in order to come across as interesting to women.

Being interesting is 90% about tone, body language and enthusiasm, and maybe 10% about the words you're actually saying. You could be an astronaut, and if you talk about it as mundanely as you would reading out a shopping list, you're going to end up with one bored woman who doesn't want to fuck you.

On the other hand, if you're talking about your stamp collection with a lot of enthusiasm and the tone of your voice conveys a lot of passion, you will come across as an interesting person. Stamp collecting could sound like the most boring thing in the world to her, but the fact that you're so incredibly passionate about it MAKES her interested in it, and in you.

Women want men who are passionate about things. It doesn't matter what it is, but you need to find some things that really resonate with you.
