You really summarized what it's all about. I mean as long as you've got the basics down, are moderately attractive, dress well, have good hygiene, take care of any major flaws, have your shit somewhat together.. All it takes is practice. There's no magic here. In fact, I find that studying pick-up routines and watching FR videos just makes me more anxious about talking to people, and makes it feel like I'm putting on a performance. It's amazing how many opportunities present themselves with wome…

You need to find some balance, man. This isn't an all-or-nothing thing. The things you listed (diet, working out, meditating) are great and not optional in my opinion, but you need more than that. You still need to push yourself, but don't make it about women. Make it about finding new challenges for yourself, establishing new friendships, find new hobbies, experiencing new parts of life. Even if you're keeping yourself physically and mentally healthy, you will never grow unless you get out ther…

you can dress like garbage and women will still respond well. Haha, no they won't. I don't see a lot of guys wearing old sneakers, sweat pants and mustard-stained t-shirts picking up models. Women love men who dress well, it's a HUGE aspect of cultivating physical attractiveness. The problem is that guys construe this to mean they must buy expensive clothes. They blow a month's pay at the Armani store, buy a bunch of shit that doesn't fit properly or fit their style, and look like they're wearin…

Notes are great, but I hope everyone in this thread actually sits down and reads the book. Most books can be summarized in a few paragraphs, but reading Models in full provides the crucial context that needs to go along with these philosophies. It's incredibly frustrating to me, I have a number of friends struggling with the fundamentals of seduction, convinced that they can't get women because they aren't attractive or rich enough. This book turned my world upside-down, and it's probably the mo…

Unless you have nothing else going on, I would probably pass on this one, or keep it on the backburner. Sex is very emotional for women. A few months ago, I had a women who plainly said she wanted to come over to fuck.. We got to business, both got naked, then the second I put my hand on her waist and kissed her, she freaked out and demanded I drive her home. What the fuck happened? I don't know and I don't care. Some women have baggage. IMO, it's not worth dealing with women like this.

I'll let you know when I figure it out ;) Honestly, I don't know. I've been working on it for the last couple years. I've definitely made progress, but I haven't really dug deep enough to find it yet. Have you read Models yet? A lot of that book resonated with me and helped me make the most progress.

This is what I really don't like about the seduction community. If you're an insecure / needy guy, approaching women over and over again does absolutely nothing but make you feel even shittier. You need to step back and realize there's a more fundamental issue here. The problem is you tell yourself: "I suck because I can't get laid, am socially inept, am afraid of women..." and this how you define yourself. You hoist up this belief and carry it on your shoulders throughout every interaction you …

Models is basically my bible, so I'm firmly in the Manson camp. He resonates strongly to me because it's all about improving many aspects of your life, and changing your focus to pursue goals in life besides landing hot women. That said, I do like a lot of Julien's stuff too. He might be better for some guys who already have their shit together, and are just missing some of the hands-on principals of attraction and interacting with women. Manson is pretty vague about that aspect of things, but I…

I think it all boils down to end goals. Manson preaches improving yourself, living your life, pursuing passions, and attracting women naturally as a result of all that, but getting laid is not a primary goal.

What do you even mean by that? I was just sharing my personal experience with Tinder. Was in no way implying that everyone else has the same experience.

I'm terrified of approaching. I almost never do it, even in perfect situations. And I STILL manage to get laid more than I've ever gotten from Tinder. For me, tinder is just an app that let's me look at pictures of pretty girls, and chat with some bots once in a while. I don't know how the fuck anyone makes anything happen on there, unless perhaps you own a vagina.

You won't. It's not something that transforms you overnight or even over weeks or months. It's very subtle, slow, but it's also cumulative. You meditate consistently for months and there are going to be very positive changes in your life, but you don't really notice them until you stop.

Read Models; this will explain exactly why it happens. There is a perfectly reasonable evolutionary reason for why women are attracted to guys like this. Basically, guys who are jerks show that they are comfortable with who they are and don't change their behavior out of neediness for women. This demonstrates that they are likely to be more successful in life and would potentially be better fathers / caretakers.

but after having met and being with her, I feel like I’ve just closed myself off to wanting to meet- and even just randomly fuck other people that aren't quite as cool as her Then don't. Stop focusing on women and sex and just do your own thing for a while. I go through phases like this myself where my priorities change and I couldn't really care less about getting laid. Why not just take a break from the whole thing, focus on yourself, find some new purpose in life, and try to build connections…

Your level of confidence shouldn't be dictated by how you look on a given day. It's supposed to be something that's tied to your inner self, something that's unshakable regardless of external factors like how you look. Though being in shape definitely helps with attracting women, it won't do much if you can't even talk to them (trust me, I'm in the same boat). Meditation is a great start. You should keep doing this regularly. However, it's not a cure-all. Yeah, after years of dedicated meditatio…

Honestly man, I would forget about tinder. It used to be a great place to meet women when it first came out, but now with all the fake accounts, bots, etc. it's just a complete joke. Yeah, we could give you tips on how to improve your profile, you might double your number of matches, but it still doesn't matter. For the average guy dating is hard mode, but I digress. Out of all the different methods of meeting women and dating, tinder is probably among the worst. It's FAR easier to meet women through other online dating sites (PoF / Okcupid), though meeting women in person is by far the best way to go about it. I got a number of a girl who suddenly became too busy to meet up for a drink. Should I continue to text her as practice or just delete her? If she made plans to get drinks with you at a specific …

Tinder is dating on hard mode. You gotta remember that the more attractive women have dozens if not hundreds of other guys trying to hit on them. Unless you're extremely good looking or have naturally really strong texting game (most guys don't) then it's going to be like pulling teeth getting these women interested in you. Put yourself in these women's shoes. If you sign into tinder, get a dozen matches and have 50 conversations going with attractive women, would you spend a lot of time on a th…

First of all, the fact that you can approach that many women is something that most guys are unable to do at all, so you're already FAR ahead of where other men are at. You should feel fucking awesome because of that. That said, approaching 25-30 women without success (by that I assume you mean they are rejecting you) tells that there's probably something wrong with either your approach or maybe the environment you're approaching in. You should take some time to reflect on what message you're se…

There's no one cologne that every woman will like. Every woman has different tastes and associations with a cologne. Try many different scents and find something that YOU like, not something that you think other people will like. Generally speaking, shy away from cheap shit or anything aimed at teens. You will want to get "daytime" and "nighttime" colognes. The daytime one will usually be lighter / sweeter / fruitier; nighttime will be much heavier, more complicated, more spice/wood/licorice/tob…

Cool post, I look forward to seeing more updates. Would you mind elaborating on your meditation technique a bit? Are you focusing on your breath or anything? You say you just let everything happen in your mind, but how does it not turn into you sitting there for an hour thinking / worrying / planning / fantasizing / etc? I don't really get how you can just observe your body without actually trying to focus on something specific. Though maybe I'm just not to that point in my practice yet.

I'm in sort of the same shoes as you and live a very mundane life. Luckily for us boring motherfuckers, you don't need to have a lot of crazy life experiences in order to come across as interesting to women. Being interesting is 90% about tone, body language and enthusiasm, and maybe 10% about the words you're actually saying. You could be an astronaut, and if you talk about it as mundanely as you would reading out a shopping list, you're going to end up with one bored woman who doesn't want to …

So all this work you did on yourself; working out, changing your personality, getting confidence. How much of it did you do for HER? I'm guessing all of it. You may have improved yourself, but you're still massively invested in this one woman. But is there any thing I can do at this point to leave the door open in the future? If she rejected you, then the door is already closed. Since you aren't getting anything out of a friendship with her, then your only option is to move on and cut contact with her. Keep your relationship on a professional level since she's a co-worker, but if she wants to hang out or text, just ignore her.

You're right to be skeptical about it; I sure as hell was. I'm an incredibly skeptical person also, as well as an atheist. 6 months ago I didn't think in a million years I would be this much into meditation, trying to get in touch with my spiritual side. Good point, perhaps I should have worded that a bit differently. A better way to put it is that I've never met anybody who is completely content with their life and doesn't have a desire to make it better. Meditation is an excellent tool for improving many aspects of one's life.

This is veeery basic stuff, but a great place to start for people who are new to seduction. Though I don't really agree with: Meditate: Take time to sit in silence. I still can't figure out what TRP's philosophy is. I occasionally check out some posts to see what's going on, but then I leave feeling even more confused. But from what I can gather, they are very anti-feminist, often to the point of treating women like shit and objectifying them. The model for them is becoming an overly aggressive "alpha" who bullies away all these little beta dudes then fucks all the women in the room. This is a great strategy if you're a lion. That said, some of the advice t…

You think it's your hair that's holding you back, but it isn't. What's holding you back is the fact that you let your confidence be shattered by something as superficial as thinning hair. When you approach women as a man who's mourning his hair loss, you come across as a man who isn't comfortable with himself and doesn't think he's worth it. Women pick up on this though your body language before you even open your mouth. The fact that you're letting balding ruin your confidence is what makes you…

Unfortunately, meditation has become super popular, and touted as some amazing super panacea that will cure whatever ails you in a couple weeks. It really isn't like that. People often start meditating with the idea that they're going to basically become a superhuman, and are disappointed after a couple weeks or months when nothing happens. You really need to manage your expectations here. Meditation can bring on some really amazing, deep changes in your life, but it takes time. Sometimes years.…

If you respond to them, try to come up with a snappy come-back, get pissed off, etc. then you are essentially just letting them get to you. Tell them clearly that their behavior isn't acceptable, and you just came to the party to chill. If they continue to berate you, then just completely ignore them until they go away. They're just assholes. They don't deserve your attention, and it's not worth getting pissed off at about it.

"Just stop giving a fuck" is something that gets parroted around here quite a bit. It's not bad advice, but it's a bit like telling someone who aspires to be a guitarist to just start learning guitar. It's not wrong, but it's not very useful advice on it's own. In the context of seduction, not giving a fuck really boils down to not caring about the outcome of a given interaction, or overcoming the fear of rejection. When I decided that the only motivation I need for improving myself is because I fucking owe it to myself, and I deserve to be awesome. I'm not doing any of this work for anybody else, or any other reason. Up until recently, my motivation for every bit of self-improvement was to get laid. Literally anything could be a deal breaker to some women, including height. I would say very few women would turn down a shorter guy if he was the fucking tits in every other way (awesome personality, style, confidence, social status, etc.) You'll have a harder time than an otherwise equivalent taller guy, yeah. But don't go around envying tall guys, thinking they've got it all and can pick up women like nothing. I spent years as a handsome, tall, well-dressed guy, but with fuck all in the confi…

This is an awesome post. I just wanted to add some of my insights since I've struggled with these issues myself. The fundamental reason so many guys struggle to be social is that they are too afraid of saying anything that they haven't run a mental risk-analysis on. "Is this interesting/funny/insightful enough? What are the chances this will offend them? Are they currently receptive to me talking to them? What if they respond x or y? How do I deal with that?" Of course, even if your mental check…

Of course it's still possible to be successful with women, but being overweight is quite a significant handicap you're putting on yourself. A lot of women will consider this an absolute deal breaker, so you won't even have a chance with those ones. Make sure you have realistic expectations of what meditation will do for you. Some people think that after a week, they will be all but floating around the room in a state of complete bliss, in complete control of their lives and their minds. I've been meditating for 3 or 4 months, and it absolutely works. It works slowly, and the changes are very subtle, but they are cumulative. It's the same as working out at the gym. Sorry, this is not a good article.. Very generic stuff and poor grammar makes it really not fun to read. I disagree, from what I've seen, many guys are here ultimately looking for long-term relationships, myself included. The process of approaching and being successful with women is pretty much the same regardless of your intentions.
