Fellas, I need some help with seducing and possibly dating a co-worker.

There is a lot of background on this, but I will keep it short.

I started a new job in March 2024. Right away when I saw this girl I was fawning over her, she is absolutely stunning. 5'2, dark features, in great shape, model like face. I'm a decently good looking confident guy, but it's a new job so I played the slow game. Also, it is a professional start up tech job, I am their only sales guy, so this isn't retail or anything where no one would care.

The progress began when she asked to get a beer with me in the summer (she made a mistake at work and "owed" me one). We get along great, but I didn't sense any openings to make a move.

After this we hung out roughly once every 3-4 weeks, sometimes 1 on 1, sometimes with my friends or hers. Maybe 10ish outside work hang outs.

All of her actions tell me "she likes me", like always accepting plans when I offer, texting me extremely often, and the length of her texts are soooo long. She has ADHD and gets crazy with texting. I never text first, but I always respond to her. We text roughly 3-4 days per week. We get along great, I am calm and steady, and she is chaotic, all over the place and a big time talker, while I mostly listen.

Finally, in November, after essentially accepting that this is a platonic relationship, we had a night out, went back to hers, and slept together. She was kind of weird about it in the morning, like, "We ruined the friendship! Do we never talk again, or do we fall in love?" She emphasized that I couldn't tell anyone or ever talk about it, which I haven't.

She brings it up sometimes but mainly as a joke. I passed her test regarding telling anyone. We are very comfortable with eachother. She invited me for brunch on Jan 1, and she was buzzing around her apartment the whole time, never sat next to me or anything. She got me a hand written card (nothing romantic written), and gave me magic mushrooms as a gift.

Again, this all tells me she's into me, but when I'm with her, she never gets that close to me, except the one time we hooked up. That night she was in my personal space, and we held hands and it was easy to transition. Now it feels like I am back at pre November status.

Today she was texting me all morning and asked me to get a coffee and chat outside for a while during work. She reveals deep stuff about herself to me as well, the convos are anything but superficial.

My thoughts are to take her out to a nice dinner or something and maybe get her flowers, or something that can't be misconstrued as platonic.

Any advice would be appreciated, and I'm open to answer any follow-up questions. I haven't revealed any feelings to her. Only actions. Shes a woman so she probably knows I like her at least a little bit.
