There are a lot of different theories. You're best bet is to Google "PUA Phone Game" and do some reading.

From my experience I recommend the Roosh method. (www.rooshv.com)

He recommends that if you get the digits on a Fri/Sat that you call her on Sunday evening around nine cuz she won't be doing anything.

If you get digits during the week then call her the next day.

The main thing you want to convey is that it's no big deal that you're calling her cuz you have a lot going on in your life anyway. You don't call on Fri/Sat cuz you are busy having fun with your friends/life and assume she is also.

The other tip is don't pace the floor for thirty mins then call her. Call two of your friends first, get your convo mode flowing, THEN call her.

If she doesn't answer, leave a SHORT message, don't just hang up or hang then text. Your message should be like "Hey Lauren, it's Chris. It's a little after nine. Hit me back."

Now that you have secured the number, you can safely have sex with the number. Just kidding, listen to sshields. This is assuming you have anxiety about phone game, which isn't as universal as, say, approach anxiety.
One more thing. When you ask her out, make sure to frame it as though she is joining your plans, not the other way around. Like "I'm going to see this awesome local band, you can tag along if you want," instead of "Why don't I pick you up and take you to see this local band." You have to calibrate that, but you get the general idea.

I got a number, she texted me the next day. I texted back. I really didn't know what to do. We don't speak each other's languages very well. Any tips? I've been out of the game for a bit.
