IMO, it's not your job to make her comfortable. Just tell her that you are cool with it and play up the aspects that excite her. You can't talk someone out of being jealous, she has to be the one who makes herself okay with it. Logic won't work. Play up the exciting emotions and be descriptive.

Are you poly, and is she attractive? If so it's relatively easy. First, seduce another attractive bisexual woman (preferable her "type"). Then, arrange a dinner date with both of them. Done.

If you are monogamous, it's relatively hard. There was a link explaining how to go out sarging as a team I could dig up.
