In close to the same boat, man. 40, divorced 4 years. This place is kind of a refresher course for me. Just keep in mind who you're looking for. Women our age see through most of this PUA bullshit in a heartbeat but they're still looking for confident, healthy and successful men. I've had coaching from a PUA who is 39 with grey hair. I've seen him run up to 19 year olds in the street and get their number.

He probably has to approach more girls than a 25 year old would to get a date, but the point is, game makes a lot of difference.

I am way older than you and I do fine. You don't have to compete with young guys in clubs, that is where you lose your advantages. And yes, age and experience are advantages.

Lots of women want an older man due to their sophistication and life experience. But you have to be careful and not lay it on too thick. It is easy to intimidate younger women and they think you are out of their league. They think they have nothing to offer you except their body, which makes them feel like a piece of meat. So just make her comfortable with you, show her you appreciate her qualities (other than her youthful body), and make her aware there is a place in your exciting lifestyle where she fits.
