Sorry if this comes off as ranty. I love you guys. And I think this will help a lot of you.

Everyone here understands that confidence is attractive, and one of the most important variables in seduction.

Yet it seems like men here who wish they had more confidence treat their lack of confidence as a curse that can't be undone. They post long detailed reports of interactions they had with women they feel are way too good for them, treating this possible relationship as the key to growing themselves into the man they want to be. They then try to parse out the meaning of what she said, and look for magical tricks and strategies to get her to like them.

There's a wealth of material on here and on YouTube about game, and most of it is pretty good. I'm not against game. Learn it. Study it.

But bear with me here for a second and let me try to convince you of something.

Imagine a guy you know, or a guy you saw, who gets all the girls. You probably have come across a few of them in your day, so pick the one who is the closest to your height (since a lot of guys here are over obsessed with height)

Imagine that you could be that guy for a day. Imagine you had his physique. Imagine you had his talents and skills. Imagine you had his bank account. Imagine the way that people would treat you, the way the girls would look at you, the way that you would feel.

I want you to realize that you can be that guy.

Not overnight, and not by reading or studying online content. But by doing. By doing over and over again over a long period of time.

Do you play an instrument? Do you sing? Do you want to learn? Imagine being the guy in the band. Do you like martial arts? Imagine being the black belt. Do you draw? Imagine being an artist. Do you lift? Imagine being on a poster. Do you not like your financial situation? Imagine driving a fancy car and living in a nice place. Imagine being able to take trips to exotic places and meet exotic people.

These are all things that are well within 90% of people's reach. We all make excuses as to why we don't try to improve ourselves. Anyone who has maxed out any of these stats mentioned started somewhere. Many started when they were over the age of 25. I didn't start working on any of the stuff until I was 30. Now I'm 34.

Literally 3 to 6 months after I started lifting, my confidence shot way up as I saw my pecs start to get more defined, my shoulders and arms get bigger, and my quads start to show a little bit of definition. I doubt anyone else even noticed come up but I sure did. Taking off my shirt in front of the mirror made me feel much more confident. This changed the way that I carried myself, and made me want to continue. I learned a few chords on the guitar from YouTube and practiced singing everyday. Eventually got into a band and got to be the guy on the stage everyone was staring at.

The ads that are curated on your phone are designed to grab to your short-term satisfaction drive. Stop falling for this. Men peak in attractiveness between the age of 34 and 36, and it doesn't drop off too quickly after that. You can be seducing women well into your 50s.

So invest in yourself. You will see tiny results within a few months that I promise you will give your confidence a little bit of a boost and give you motivation to keep going. This will provide infinitely more returns than analyzing game or your conversations that you've had with women.

People overestimate what they can accomplish in a month, but seriously underestimate what they can accomplish in a few years.

Really go for it. There are a few men who do. And women go crazy for the few men who do.
