Increasingly I've found it's important to be mindful because a lot of experiences with girls and people in general (in my life, anyway) will test your ability to remain stable in yourself. I'm trying to reach a point where rather than identify with various emotional states I can just observe them and not allow them to influence my mood or actions.

One me watching all the other me's ..when you're horny, you look at yourself and say "ah, horny"...when you get rejected and start feeling shit "ah, putting myself down again"...the toxicity and negativity usually associated with incels seems to be when you start identifying with your negative feelings and beliefs and they become inseparable from you.

I draw from past positive experiences from girls too, I remind myself that not every girl is gonna lie me but that's ok and more important is reaching a point where it's no longer a THREAT. If that makes sense. If you can recognize the triggers before they start to fuck you up you'll start to understand it's just conditioning....which can be unlearned.

I'm on apps, but I'm using this isolation time to take a hard look at some of my inner game hangups and get that shit on lock so when the dust settles and normal socialization is a thing again, I'm ready to rock. Or at least more ready.
