It's been a month since i started looking though Seddit. In that time I have overcome AA and started to become a bit more alpha in the way I talk and act on a regular basis. I've been able to talk to HB's 7-8s that I never would have approached before. There's just one problem:

I CAN'T NEG.

I just don't have the quick wit needed to throw out a witty insult in the middle of a conversation. I really want to, but I just can't think of any neg to say in any situation.

How necessary is negging/teasing when it comes to pickin up chicks in general? Are there neg guides for toooootal beginners?
