Are you using light kino? It's hard to attract using just conversation. Use conversation to establish a connection so you feel you know each other. Use kino when teasing her or joking around. The opener leads into a conversation in which you build attraction. Make the conversation personal and talk about stuff you find interesting or stuff she's passionate about. Make a lot of eye contact and try to get closer to her. Also: assume attraction and escalate.

Approach (I don't think this applies to you)
Transition; starting a normal conversation
Attraction; She becomes attracted to you and curious about you
^{Qualification;} ^you ^find ^reason ^to ^be ^attracted ^to ^her ^or ^curious ^about ^her
^Comfort; ^You ^build ^physical ^and ^emotional ^intimacy ^with ^her
