  • downtown or city centre of major city. live in the most central place in the closest biggest city.

  • a coffee/drinks date should be a 5 minute walk away from your home. Live as close as possible, 1 minute is significantly better than 10 minutes. (Anthony typically will do coffee/drinks for the first date and dinner for subsequent dates). Distance to restaurants slightly less important than distance to coffee/bars.

  • nightclubs are a <25 minute cab ride away. It does not matter so much that you live further away from the club; as once you have left a nightclub and got into a cab together then that ride length is insignificant as you can maintain banter and flirting. However as you reach 35-40 minute cab ride and upwards she may start getting doubts, or there may be a boring lull in conversation, or the sexial tension may simply decrease a bit with time. The best nightclubs according to Anthony are the ones in the city with the largest capacities, with lots of space to talk and sit, and you the seating area is not too loud so that you cant hear each other. So live under 25 minutes cab from some of the largest capacity nightclubs in the city with decent seating area.

  • if possible dont have roommates. often women will feel uncomfortable, at risk of getting slut shamed, or anxious about being loud in bed and so not able to enjoy themselves. some might even turn away.

(Obviously an apartment downtown on your own is expensive. This is just talking about optimal setup and every has different circumstances. It does show that living in a shoebox on your own somewhere downtown is preferable to a nice place further away if you are purely looking to sleep with many women. Whereas perhaps living somewhere nicer and further out is going to be better in a long term relationship. For dating it will be better to live in more a central shoebox than a penthouse apartment further out in the city. And of course iving in the suburbs makes dating quite tough)
