Overcoming Plateaus - Inner Game is Key

When it comes to self-improvement and dating, there are two main approaches: * Outer Game: Improve your style, grooming, then talk to as many people as possible using the tactics you learned, play the odds, and let quantity bring results * Inner Game: Focus on becoming a grounded, confident, and unshakable man from the inside. Build resilience to pain, handle rejection without breaking, and develop true strength from within

Both strategies have their place, and sometimes just going out and talking to as many people as possible will improve one's inner game especially if they're at the beginning stage of overcoming approach anxiety, or anxiety in general when going on dates. However, there comes a point where one may plateau in the results they want to achieve. This may mean either the quality or quantity may plateau no matter what outer game tactic they decide to use. Some guys are fine with this, in which case more power to you.

But if you want to progress past this, it's time to look into improving your inner game. What does this look like? This involves diving deeper within yourself and asking all the hard questions. Some starting points: * What are my limiting beliefs? * Do I think my genetics, things I cannot control disqualify myself from meeting the quality of people I want? * Do I have purpose in life? * How do I react when a woman gives me a challenge? * Am I able to hold my boundaries or will I succumb to the pressure? Why? * Do I feel ashamed of becoming sexual with a woman? Why?

Confronting these questions in a realistic manner will be painful. I encourage everyone to embrace pain as a catalyst of growth instead of running away from it. It is important to make peace with as many of these hard questions as possible through the initial stages of pain if one wants to improve their inner game. This will then unlock the road to breaking through the plateau one may face. Hope you all found this post useful, thank you for reading
