In traditional conservative countries, if you really want it to work... your approach has to be a lot less full-on and also if a parent is present, they'll want to know your background, job, social class, what your parents do, religion (or subsect of religion...are you Shia/Sunni/Ahmadiyya/other in the case of Islamic countries, Catholic/Protestant/Presbyterian/Orthodox/other if Christian, Reform/Orthodox/Hasidic/other if Jewish, Theravada/Mahayana/other if Buddhist etc).

Be respectful, successful (good job, or if you're still in college, good college+course+grades), polite, sincere.

Be someone that the parent will trust and think "he seems like a decent young man who will look after my daughter". Not "who the fuck is this creepy incel weirdo with a rapist's smile, ripped shirt, greasy hair etc?"

If you wanna go full-traditional, your parents can actually wingman you. Your parents approach her parents, introduce themselves, introduce you, set up a meeting etc.

Just because you are in a traditional, conservative, economically-developing, socially regressive country, doesn't mean you can't meet /approach girls...the method has to be adjusted to calibrate with the culture
