I wanna keep this short and sweet. I went out with my new girlfriend last night and met her friends, then went to a birthday party in a hotel room. As we were waiting for someone to come down with the keycard to the elevator, a couple more people going to the party showed up. One was an HB10 Korean girl. I was just standing around waiting with two tall boys in my pockets, when someone joked about how they liked my style. The HB10 immediately grabbed a beer out of my pocket and asked "Can I have one?" My immediate reaction was "You have $2.60?" Why in the fuck would I give some girl who had never even said a word to me a beer just for being pretty? It seemed clear that she was used to getting what she wanted. After that, she handed it back, and I never spoke to her after that, but the rest of the time at the party, I caught her looking at me several times.

Once we got to the party, it was pretty tragic. Aside from a very favorable ratio of men to women, I'd say nearly 2:1, it was awful. Just a bunch of people sitting around in a small hotel room doing nothing. The first thing I wanted to do was go to the bathroom, and it was locked. It didn't take me long to realize no one was in it and we were all locked out. My gf playfully suggested I use a card to break in. I said OK and after 30 seconds of fiddling around, I popped the door open. I surprised even myself, haha.

Also, because there were so many people in such a small room, it was really uncomfortably warm. Pretty much everyone was commenting on how warm it was. I took it on myself to inspect and see if the windows could be opened. Lo and behold, no one else had even tried. The room cooled down quickly and everyone commented on how it was a good idea. People had just assumed they couldn't be opened because we were on the 8th floor.

Anyway, moral of the story: When it comes to shit tests, don't give girls anything for free. If a girl asks for something, you don't have to be a jerk and say they can't have it. Just say you want something from them in return. It can be a dollar, a cigarette, their phone number. It doesn't fucking matter. Just don't give shit away for nothing. As far as DHV, problem solving is a great way to DHV. Lots of people will sit around and complain about stuff, but very few people are willing to make even the smallest amount of effort to fix the problem. Don't be part of the people sitting around complaining. Be the person who fixes the problem.
