I'll do this sometimes, but not with light-up glasses or a fuzzy hat.

One of my favorites is lollipops, like dum-dums. It's pretty out of the ordinary to have a lollipop in your mouth at the bar, but especially at college bars, girls are very quick to ask about it, and occasionally ask for you to give it to them.

Protip: If a girl wants your lollipop, you are green-lit to make out with her.

You can also give her yours, then open a new one for yourself, saying you don't want the other one back because "she looks like a dirty girl", or something.

There's a local guy who wears leis, and apparently has had high success with it.

I don't 'peacock' but I have my own unique style. Peacocking for attention is pretty lame in my opinion. Just wear whatever YOU want to wear, it will likely be something unique anyway.

Dancing works for me. I'm not afraid to go on the dance floor alone since I'm good at dancing. I do it for fun and so it works well for me. It's definitely fun to go out of town to new clubs and get on the dance floor. It's a major confidence boisterous for me.

I also have some Batman shirts that I like to wear when I go out sometimes. I'd get shout-outs and approaches because of it and I slowly gained a small reputation in my area.

I haven't yet. I picked up some st.patrick's day themed necklaces at a dollar store which I will be wearing out come st.patrick's day so I guess I will try out peacocking then and see how it goes.

I imagine a bright yellow morphsuit counts as peacocking. So yes, but I only ever break it out for homecoming or hockey games.

I think at times peacocking doesn't have to be over the top, but can be just a bit different, and remember the golden rule-never care. I went out today in a track and field tank top (nothing underneath, I like to show off my body), sunglasses, some shorts, and black socks with moccasins. It sounds ugly at first right? When paired with the right amount of cocky funny, and uncaring attitude, it just shows that I'm comfortable with myself whatever I'm wearing, definite DHV that people notice, consciously or subconsciously. This might be bad advice for some, or maybe I'm just rambling, but I know that when I paired it with the right attitude I just came off as a cool dude, that many people wanted to talk to. *this type of style may not work with older people, note I'm 18.

I guess my orange futsal shoes count as peacocking. They sometimes are a conversation starter with women that I come across an average weekday. Also, they are comfortable. Extremely comfortable.
