Currently in my final year of school and I’ve been reflecting. Ever feel like you peaked early? Peak might be the wrong word. Let’s just say “exposed”.
During pre-teen and early teenage years, I felt like I was on top of the world when it came to girls. I was liked by and dated the two hottest girls in my school during 6th & 7th grade.
I’ve been in private school since kindergarten, but my summers at camp were spent with people I didn’t go to school with. During the summer going into the 8th grade, this girl at my camp grabbed my dick from behind while I was drinking from a water fountain. She was really pretty, but I never really paid attention to her. Being 13, I was buzzing with energy and was pretty social. I played sports competitively. I had so many things going on in my life that weee just great. But yeah she grabbed my dick and at 13, I was a little shook lol. She and I are from the same city, but went to different schools. This was always a plus for me because it meant I didn’t have to see her as much during the school year.
I got to know her that summer and we crushed on each other for sure, but I never dated her. It was my first casual thing and I was cool with it. She taught me a lesson. The story is, after I graduated the 8th grade, I was shipped to an all boys private school. She went on to our local public school. We’d still see each other, but my high school was super competitive and I didn’t have too much free time. I also didn’t get too attached because ik for a fact that the guys she went to school with wanted her too.
Here is when things get crazy. My sophomore year of high school, she blew up online. She grew into her looks, and when she was 16, she had over 100k on instagram because of her looks. At this point, we would see each other from time to time, but I realized that I was with a girl who the entire world wanted. I’m 15/16 at this time. She had grown men in her DMs, was very well known in my area, and drop dead gorgeous. But that obviously inflated her ego. And why wouldn’t it? She’s a pretty girl, is well known online, and received so much attention. Me on the other hand, I was definitely a side piece or just someone she felt comfortable with outside of the internet world. But she started to change and honestly, i can’t blame her.
By the fall of my junior year, her instagram continued to grow, but we stopped hanging out. It wasn’t personal, but i was focused on school, sports, my friends, etc. She was famous. And between 2016 to my sophomore year, i was still talking to my two ex-girlfriends from middle school lol. I was promiscuous during that phase. But I forgot to tell you that I have older brothers. One of my brothers was a senior in college during my junior year. He invited me to my first college party for halloweekend when I was 16 and this is where my perspective really changed.
At 16, I guess you could say I could pass as a college freshman lol. I looked 18/19 MAX. When I went to my first college party, I remember my jaw dropping at the amount of hot girls there were. Having my older brother by my side made things easier because he invited me to the parties he hosted. Between Halloweekend and March, I was partying with college kids, talking to college girls, all while trying to do my best in high school and the SAT lmao. And I’d still go to high school parties too. March is when Covid hit, so that was that.
That fall of 2020, I was a senior, but I had friends who were freshman in college. The 2020-21 school year was definitely limited because of the virus, but I would still get invited to parties that they’d go to. So my junior and senior year of high school were pivotal because I got to interact and experience girls who were older than me. When I stepped foot on my college campus my freshman year, I was super comfortable with girls at this point. During my freshman year, I had the energy for it too. I had sex with like 6-7 girls that year. Some were one and dones, but 3 of them were pretty consistent till they weren’t.
The cherry on top here is that when I was 19, transitioning from freshman to sophomore in college, I had sex with an older woman on summer vacation. She was 31, with a kid. I wasn’t in the U.S., so I was valid for clubs and bars at 19 and ended up chatting this Latina woman. Long story short, I was successful. I only found out she was a mother because of her WhatsApp profile. There was a photo of her and her kid. Where the hell was the father? Couldn’t tell you.
As I titled this. Early bird gets the worm. When I came back to school for my sophomore year, I started talking to a girl at my school, but was in talks with 3 other girls at a few other local colleges. This was during the fall. I don’t know what changed, but I was pretty burnt out. I actually stopped caring for girls in their entirety but I’d still entertain them in a way. I go to a competitive university and I honestly shifted gears and started networking for internships. I valued time with my roommates and close friends. I realized girls didn’t matter. So those girls I was in talks with ended up resenting me because one day I just dropped this shit.
I knew too much. I was exposed to college girls at an early age, and the thrill just wasn’t there by the time I became a sophomore. To this day, I haven’t been in a relationship since the 7th grade. I felt like between 11-19 I had lived a life. Not trying to be funny either because I learned so many lessons about how girls operate through experience. Getting heartbroken in the 7th grade taught me to not give too much or be too needy because I was naive then. Getting involved with a girl who became IG famous while we were young (she’s not on IG anymore. She has no social media presence. She grew up and had an epiphany too I guess. Social media drove her crazy especially during COVID) taught me how to deal with a girl everyone wants. Being exposed to college girls taught me that girls aren’t shit lol.
I’m 21 and I’ve learned how to keep my dick in my pants. I’ve just been having fun. I’m not as promiscuous. I do runway, have fun at school, and my resume for full time jobs looks great.
I’m writing this because i overhear a lot of my friends/people in college talking about hookup culture, girls/boys, relationships, etc. I’m just glad I got exposed to it early because I’ve been really enjoying my life. I read, eat fruit, party, travel. There’s no real pressure anymore. And since my sophomore year, I actually have met someone who I’d consider entering a relationship and genuinely liked. I met her while I lived abroad. We live in different continents now, and I’m not sure if we’ll see each other again, but she taught me a lot during our months spending time with each other. I learned a lot about myself and my dating style. I didn’t rush with her. I actually wasn’t lustful towards her at all. But we were good together. The world brought us together, but put us apart. That was last year though and now I’m a senior enjoying my days.
I’ve had highlights, and plenty of lowlights. Just remember that this is a journey. Thank God for having older brothers.
