I was in your position not too long ago. I know it’s tough, but as long as you set a goal and consistently work towards it you will certainly improve.

As for advice, keep hitting the gym. Your confidence will skyrocket once you start seeing results, but don’t let a pump make you think you don’t need to work out anymore. Also keep a clean diet. Feeling good and looking good are a positive feedback loop.

Make friends and hang with them regularly. Do fun things, whatever’s fun in your region. Don’t just do it because other people think it’s fun. You need to be there because you want to be there.

Have conversations with everyone, no strings attached. You gotta get good at talking to people. I highly encourage having platonic girl friends, but dont ever ask them for dating advice.

Lastly, for the current stage that you’re in, don’t try too hard to get laid. Women can sense it. Idk how to explain it but they just do. I’m in an LTR right now so I don’t even think about getting play anymore and I hate to say it but that shit attracts women. I’ve had some literally throw themselves at me. That never happened to me before and I’m upset that it’s happening now that I have a girlfriend lol

Bonus advice: if you want an ego boost, go to a gay club. Just watch your drink closely and don’t accept drinks from anyone. There are also a ton of women there to escape scary straight men at regular clubs and they’ll probably dance all over you because they think you’re gay. If/when that happens, don’t be weird about it. Let them think you’re gay and move on to the next guy. I know that sounds weird but trust me. Just let it happen lol
