Depends what type of music it is and how old you are. I listen to mostly electronica music so there are always people dancing who aren't sober and are just dying to make bad decisions. These people are pretty easy to get to know if you have any social skills.

If you like country music and concerts where people don't dance then i don't know what to tell you.
