We all like to say that looks don't matter but these things communicate a certain respect for yourself and removes one more barrier in terms of finding woman who will find you attractive.

Grooming:

  • Skin care: Daily scrub, moisturise, anti-aging cream at night, once a week use a motorised brush for deep clean and a use a face mask. It feels fucking amazing btw.
  • Trim hair: Nose, ears, monobrow, face, once a week.
  • Trim nails: Heard from a girl once that she can tell how much action a guy gets from his fingernails, your fingers aint going anywhere sensitive if they are ragged and long.
  • Take care of your lips: No one wants to kiss your crusty ass lips, use lip balm and don't bite them.
  • Dye your eyebrows darker, odd tip but if like me you suffered from light blonde eyebrows that look nonexistant dyeing them darker can make them look thicker and fuller. Since your eyebrows barely grow, it lasts forever.

Hygeine:

  • Shower at least once a day, one in the morning and if you can one at night.
  • Brush your teeth before bed and after waking up, brush after eating meals, use mouthwash and floss.
  • Wash your bedding once a week, that includes your duvet and pillows. She doesn't want to get into your smelly ass bed.
  • Buy some nice cologne and a travel atomizer so you can top up where needed (or covertly spray her sheets so she thinks of you when she slips into bed). My fragrances: Luna Rossa Carbon by Prada, La Nuit De L'homme by Yves Saint Laurent, The One by Dolce and Gabbana.

Style:

  • Classics never go out of fashion, a nice white shirt, blue jeans and leather boots will always make you look sexy and professional.
  • Levi's range is great for denim jackets, I have two, they last forever and get cooler with age.
  • Clarks boots are also a sturdy brand, invest the money in a pair and they will last forever. Always a compliment getter.
  • Get a nice solid watch, Timex or Casio or some other long lasting brand, silver or gold.
  • Find a hair-style that works, you can't go wrong with short, back and sides and something stylable on top. My hair is curly, I get it short on the back and sides, use salt spray on top and let it curl. Nothing fancy.
  • If you wear glasses, either get contacts or wear super stylish frames, experiment outside the usual square black rimmed glasses.

Health:

  • Exercise, cardio, body-weight exercises. Unless your goals are to get big (entirely up to you, just as long as you are doing something)
  • Eat a healthy balanced diet, eat nutrient dense foods. Solid breakfast, solid lunch, solid dinner, perhaps some shakes in between for some extra nutrients (oats, milk, peanut butter, supplement). Pizza is not nutrient dense. Learn to cook quick and simple meals.
  • Drink plenty water throughout the day.
  • Have a regular sleep pattern, don't stay up late on your phone in bed. Stick it on charge at the other side of the room.
  • Get up early enough to actually do useful things, don't wake up after 8am unless it's an earned rest.

Extras:

  • Practice smiling in the mirror, find what feels good and looks good. Flash it to those you find physically attractive.
  • Record your voice, practice speaking properly and clearly. Projecting and sounding confident.
  • Get used to looking at yourself, in photos, in the mirror. This helps with confidence.

If all this sounds like a lot, it's what I did to go from cave dweller in my late teens to reasonably good-looking at 24.

Really, if you aren't happy with the way you look, you need to change. The reward is looking at yourself and feeling fantastic, even if you aren't brad pitt. You get a massive sense of achievement from becoming your best self.
