I'm interested in my actions being my practice. The definition of practice usually sounds like an act separate from life, this is not the case for me.

As with dancing, there are people who go to practice (with a teacher) and those who practice it (themselves). I've taken a couple dancing classes, but not a lot. I consider me going out to dance as the practice. I'm as only as good as I am now and the practice of doing it helps me improve upon it. I think it's important to practice (as a way of life, on my own) and learn with those who are better at something than me.

For the most part I have been interested in seduction as a method of meeting people and learning to get over my fears. Also, it's been a method of me developing myself. However, this has been always focused on reducing or removing approach anxiety from my life. Which unfortunately, is really easy to do. I can go ask a woman the time and then feel good that I talked about a very attractive woman, regardless of the outcome. But this hasn't been as much of a challenge and its caused me to not take interest in approaching as much. It stopped feeling like a challenge.

Some of you may be familiar with these thoughts. I'm outcome independent therefore I don't need talk to the very attractive woman over there. I would go talk to that woman, but she's surrounded by friends and the approach might not go anywhere. In other words, the approach is decided upon based on environmental variables and the anxiety surrounding all those variables. It creates all sorts variables that create questions about how it will affect you, her, or the people in the situation created by you.

I don't like the idea of eliminating approach anxiety as a method of practice. I think it served a purpose for me, but I am now orientated towards reducing my rejection anxiety. I honestly don't have problem being rejected by anybody and I've been rejected in the worst of ways, but I definitely don't escalate until rejection. I think the fear has been out of feeling desperate and being perceived as unaware of boundaries. However, I have an outline of practice that I am learning to embrace and I have been working towards improving upon it by practicing it.

  • I see a person that deserves my time and I want to meet them

I have not been rejected and I cannot stop myself from approaching because I need to know if that person is worth my time. If I am going to get rejected by this person, I'm not going to waste my time with somebody that's not worth that rejection. If I want this person so much, then either I get rejected by them or its nothing that will concern me.

  • I approach that person and receive a negative response to it

I still haven't been rejected here and most people would feel comfortable with the fact that they already approached and that's worth something, even though I will most likely be questioning how much more I could have done here. I don't assume she'll respond negatively to me, but if she does respond negatively to me, then I am only getting closer to being rejected, which is my intention, as I want to move on to somebody else if she's not interested in me.

  • I stand there, uneffected by the negative response, and I add value to the conversation (physically or emotionally)

If I haven't been told to leave or if the person is still there then I can't leave the conversation. I think I used to feel rejected when somebody wasn't happy to interact with me when I approached them, but that's changed to actually hearing no or them leaving the conversation.

  • I escalate the physical conversation (based upon a positive emotional conversation, either intially or built upon from their negative response)

If I haven't been rejected yet then I still can't leave. However, this is the most difficult area to define as rejection. I have often felt rejected when a woman didn't reciprocate physically with me, but that's not leading the conversation and its interpretating her lack of response as a negative response. However, that's not rejection to me anymore. I want to escalate physically until its clear to me that I should escalate with somebody else. I don't want there to be a question if she rejected me upon leaving the conversation.

tldr; I'm can't wait to be rejected.
