Be aware of what puts you in a good mood. Notice how you feel while you're in a good mood. This is how you'll feel in state, but there will be no outside stimulus. If you're a funny guy, remember how it feels when you realize a fuckin hilarious bust-a-gut joke, your heart beats fast and full in your chest, you immediately feel endorphin-ey. State is the realization that you can manifest this kind of good feeling internally, with no outside stimulus. You become the source of good emotions, because you learn to actually manifest good emotions with your imagination. Over time, wean yourself off of external things that give you a great, confident feeling, and start generating that within. Mirror Neurons are a helpful thing to understand. Using your imagination to see a smiling face, see yourself in a good mood, and people smiling at you. This type of internal stimulus will aid you to feel that way yourself. Here's the tough bit, when you're out of state there's nothing you can do about it. It happens on it's own, and it will leave on it's own. When you start the downward descent, you'll probably start focusing on other people around you that are out of state. You focus on what has value, and being out of state is a threat, thus you look for it. When many people do this together, it can be a symbiotic relationship of two people just wrecking each other's moods. I call this a reaction-war. Two people helplessly reacting to each other and flinching, completely self-conscious and aware that other people can see them doing it. It's not pretty. Flinching is the one I notice most, when you're out of state you might flinch, might feel yourself getting sucked into your head, you find it harder to write smoothly because your body is tensed, a host of other symptoms. This is disastrous in a closed environment like a classroom, where many people can see someone flinching, trying to clear their throat and it sounds off, etc. When someone is really nervous giving a speech, they can infect the whole room, and because most people don't know about state, everyone will be pulled into a downward emotional spiral until class ends, and everyone hurries out of the room, after which everyone gets a huge wave of relief. THE BIG POINT is when you notice yourself or others losing state or being out of state, love them. If you resist and let yourself be carried by the emotional aversion, you'll sink deeper. Things like flinching, perceivable signs of fear and insecurity, instead of doing the regular reaction, see a positive side in it. You choose how to perceive these things. Even insecurity can be seen in a positive way, though its hard to verbalize how, more of a feeling. Just give full non-judgmental awareness and love, and you won't be resisting. When you feel this edge of love and fear, you can actually play with it, feel yourself starting to slip out of state, that fear trickles in, your vision narrows, and immediately be aware and give love. Then, hopefully, it starts to recede. As always, test this out to really understand what it means, and watch the blueprint. Happy hunting you fucking PIMPS. :)
