I believe your hunting grounds are too close to home. Even if you don't have social media, that does not mean that you aren't on social media. You could be apart of your gf and family members social media. They could be posting happy couple pictures and etc.

I can only recommend that you start going by your nickname and find women that are further away from home. After that, I recommend a social media and internet purge or thorough cleaning. The last thing you can do is screen your women to make sure they are not the stalker type.
I will say that most women I meet these days do a little bit of cyber stalking. Good luck.

What do you mean track you down, find out where you live? If so then why is that so bad, also takes about 5mins on google with basic info.

Dont know if this is off-topic, but I try to be vague when out gaming (because I have a girlfriend who has my children).
Bear in mind that kids soak up EVERYTHING. So if you guys have a civil and emotionally healthy thing going, then great. Because your kids will almost certainly recreate and seek out relationships that mirror what you have with the mother of your children.
However - I have noticed that after we hook-up, women routinely are able to track me down...
Track you down..... how? In person? Your place of work? On social media?
And how often has this happened?
And for what reason are they "tracking you down?" What do they want when they find you? What do they do?
What is going on!?
No way to say unless you answer the rest. You've said nothing that indicates what might be going on in their heads.
What should I avoid telling women to prevent this from happening?
See previous answer.
My GF knows I do this -so I am not being a sleazeball.
No judgement here, whether or not you were doing this with her knowledge.
Im just looking for some practical advice to keep this from happening...
Something unusual is happening. At the very least, you're screening poorly. I've juggled multiple girls at the same time and none of them tried to track me down.

getting angry messages or broads showing up at my house after a few meetups/ dates - saying they found out about my "wife and kids" and they are pissed at me.
I assume you are not being honest, or must be lying when they ask about your relationship\family\kid status.
Do you still live with your wife\GF? Are you legally separated? Sleep in different bedrooms? Why don't you move out? You keep saying girlfriend, does that imply this is an "open" relationship?
Once these girls find out your situation, they are pissed because they have a lot of questions...

That's great that you're not going behind your girlfriend's back with all this, but it sounds like these women are feeling mislead.
The problem, in my opinion, is not that you're telling them too much. It's that you're not telling them enough. Either start telling them your relationship status up front, or get used to angry women contacting you pissed off about leaving that information out.

why would I disclose this?
You disclose it because you want the angry messages and showing up at your house to stop.
None of their business
Something about the way those dates are going is making these women feel like it is their business.
