Hard truth: there's no real cure for approach anxiety. It never really goes away.

It's the minimum requirement for pickup so if you can't do it, you really can't do pickup.

A very good program I will recommend is goodlookingloser approach anxiety program, it's easy and free.

don't read stuff, it'll make your anxiety worse. just go and do it. once you do it, it'll get easier because you're learning to interact and go back and forth, while reading material means you're just trying to memorize shit.

Don't read shiitt. Please don't, all programs are bs, please please don't, maybe spend a MAX and hour watching some vids on youtube about it, like rsd max vid, and others,( just search them). Don't get sucked down the rabbit whole of shit. Once you have some good basic mindsets from those vids here is what you do. Use daygame, go out into a highly population area, city, large mall ext then walk around asked a random for directions , or whatever is at the edge of your comfort zone, do that 5 or 6 times, then try approach, it will be easier, also pump yourself up before hand, like going for a run or some shit before, get the good emotions flowing , good luck.
